Principal Associate, Talent Acquisition Strategic Insights

In this role, you will have the opportunity to consult with leaders across Talent Acquisition and deliver reporting that simplifies our understanding of the talent pipeline and help increase recruiter efficiency. You will focus on optimizing the metrics using data from our Workday applicant tracking system, Eightfold sourcing system, and other recruiting systems. You will provide reporting to answer analytical and operational questions to support the broader Talent Acquisition organization. We are looking for someone that is passionate about storytelling with data and is comfortable navigating a large recruiting organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with teams across Talent Acquisition and the broader organization to identify challenges in their day-to-day work, specifically related to Recruiting data, metrics, and reporting

  • Capture feedback from users and compile into actionable product enhancements or critical requirements for future products and reporting

  • Partner with our team of analysts to help streamline and simplify understanding of the hiring process and talent pipeline for multiple stakeholders

  • Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights

  • Develop presentations to provide insights to Talent Acquisition leaders & recruiters

  • Embed our core principles of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging into all data products.

  • Partner with our Data Governance leads to ensure we meet our extremely high standards and remain audit compliant

Characteristics we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders and tell compelling stories using data with ease to senior executives and day-to-day users

  • A structured problem-solving approach to help the broader team work through a wide range of issues and obstacles

  • Ability to actively seek out multiple opinions, yet make independent decisions and influence positive outcomes

  • A passion for analyzing data to identify and uncover impactful insights

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to analyze data

  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint to build presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience using SQL to access and analyze data

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR or a combination of both
